How often is my data refreshed?

Data in SELECT is refreshed once per day at 3:00 UTC. Since refreshing your data costs us significant money, customers can purchase an add-on to refresh their data more frequently.

When was my data last refreshed?

You can see information about your data freshness by using the notifications sidebar. Click the notification icon in the bottom left, and check the Metadata Sync Status section

How can I change my refresh schedule?

Just ask us via the in-app chat or Slack / email. We can put you on whatever schedule works for you. As mentioned above, more than once per day refreshes have an extra charge.
